Engine Techwin Co., Ltd. has taken on the operation and maintenance (O&M) of landfill gas power plants in Busan, Gwangju, and Jeju, with a combined capacity of 6 MW.

The power generation units at these sites are manufactured by GE Jenbacher. Engine Techwin has long been responsible for their maintenance and has recently expanded its role to take full charge of the operation of the power generation facilities at these locations.

As a company specializing in biogas power generation, Engine Techwin has consistently broadened its scope of expertise—covering manufacturing, installation, commissioning, and maintenance—and has now achieved a long-held goal by assuming full operational responsibility for these power plants.

The power generation capacities are 3 MW in Busan, 2 MW in Gwangju, and 1 MW in Jeju. For the Busan and Gwangju sites, the company has secured project permits that allow for continued operations over the next 10 years.
